Missing Teenager Chelsie Nicole Bolan
FLORENCE-(SHOALS INSIDER)-Authorities tell the Shoals Insider, Chelsie Nicole Bolan has been located. According to police, Bolan is in the custody of Florence police Saturday morning waiting for her parents to arrive.
Bolan was reported as a missing/runaway juvenile recently by the Moulton Police Department.
