Lorie Gean Earwood
On Tuesday the Florence Police Department, along with the Florence City School System, held a press conference concerning the arrest of Lorie Gean Earwood, 45, of Florence.
Mrs. Earwood is charged with two felony counts of “a school employee engaging in a sex act or deviant sexual intercourse with a student under the age of 19” and two misdemeanor counts of “a school employee having sexual contact with a student under the age of 19.” Earwood was arrested by Florence Police Detectives and is currently being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center on bond totaling $22,000 dollars
