The 16 year old white female last seen wearing khaki pants, grey Madison Academy shirt and red jacket. She may be driving a silver 2011 Chevrolet Cruz with a Kia dealership tag. It is believed the female may harm herself. Anyone with any information is urged to contact the Madison Police Department at 256-722-7190
