DALLAS – The second-ranked Alabama football team wrapped up the practice schedule with a walkthrough on Wednesday, the final meeting before Thursday’s Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic against Michigan State.

Wednesday’s walkthrough put the final touches on the gameplan for Michigan State. The 2015 College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic is now only one day away. Kickoff of the contest between the Crimson Tide and Spartans is set for 7:10 p.m. CT under the roof of AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The New Year’s Eve bowl game will air on ESPN with the trio of Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit and Heather Cox calling all the action.

The Wednesday schedule began with Alabama head coach Nick Saban joining Michigan State’s Mark Dantonio at the Omni Hotel for each of the coach’s final press conference. The Crimson Tide then attended the Big Play Luncheon at the Hilton Anatole before traveling to AT&T Stadium. Upon arrival, the players and coaches took a team photo before the final walkthrough. One final dinner followed by a movie will wrap up Wednesday before game day on Thursday.

Alabama and Michigan State will meet for the second time in the storied history of the two programs. The lone matchup between the teams came in the 2011 Capital One Bowl in Orlando, Fla. The Crimson Tide came away with a 49-7 victory over the Spartans in that game.
