Shelby County health officer Dr. Helen Morrow said.</p>
<p>There were only 9 cases of measles in Tennessee in the past decade.</p>
<p>The CDC declared measles eradicated in the US in 2000. But because of an anti-vaccine movement it has made a resurgence.</p></div>
