WATERLOO–(SHOALS INSIDER)–Emergency officials tell the Insider they are searching the Tennessee River near Waterloo for a possible drowning victim.
According to authorities, a 36-year-old male swimmer has gone missing.
Crews are at the scene. Witnesses say the man swam under a pontoon boat and didn’t resurface.
