SHEFFIELD-According to authorities, Bradley O’Brian Russell, 43, was arrested without incident on Robertson Boulevard in Sheffield.
Russell had reportedly been calling the Coffee County Tennessee courthouse and made threats toward the jail and employees.
The police in Tennessee were able to trace the calls from a general location in Sheffield. When Sheffield officers drove to the area Russell was outside and surrendered without any trouble.
He is being held in Colbert County Jail without bond on the fugitive warrant from Tennessee.
Officials said he and a Cynthia Russell were arrested in March for selling methamphetamine in Coffee County Tennessee.
The two were released in March on $50,000 bond.
