Details of case: On July 7, 2021, Mr. Hall was arrested in Lauderdale County for the offense of Receiving Stolen Property in the First Degree. Mr. Hall was later released on bond and given conditions that he not be arrested or charged with any new offenses while under said bond. On May 25, 2023, Mr. Hall was arrested again in Wayne County, TN and charged with the offense of Conspiracy to Sell or Distribute Methamphetamines over 300 grams.
Due to this new charge, a warrant for Failure to Abide by the Terms of his Bond Conditions was issued. On September 5, 2023, Investigators with the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office were searching an area in an attempt to arrest Mr. Hall when they discovered a skid steer tractor reported stolen from the Florence Police Department jurisdiction. Florence Police Department Detectives responded to the scene and the stolen property was recovered. Based partly upon that event, a subsequent warrant of arrest was issued for Mr. Hall for the offense of Theft of Property in the First Degree.
