TUSCUMBIA-Sources close to the situation tell the Shoals Insider three people will soon be charged in the March 1st, shooting death of Tuscumbia teen “KJ”, Ki-Jana Freeman at Spring Creek Apartments.
Reportedly, Benjamin Young, who was the subject of a high-speed chase Saturday night, will be extradited from Lawrence County, Tenn., to face capital murder charges in the death.
Also, two Muscle Shoals men, Thomas Hubbard and Peter Capote, are expected to be charged as well.
Tuscumbia Police Chief Tony Logan will hold a press conference today at 2:30 at Tuscumbia City Hall to discuss the case and arrests.
