Florence will soon be home to Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe. The franchise will locate near the new Grogan’s Jewelers, in the former Towles House of Carpets building.
Taziki’s features grilled chicken and lamb gyros, basil pesto, and greek salads.
The menu also has pork, chicken, and a grilled fish sandwich. Side items are new potatoes, fresh fruit, basmati rice, and pasta salad.
Traditional Mediterranean desserts like Baklava are served along with an American favorite chocolate cake.
Greek salads are sold half for around $4.00 or whole at around $7.00.
Most of the menu items appear to be under $10.
A Taziki sign near the building on Cox Creek Parkway states the restaurant will open this summer.
