RUSSELLVILLE-. Some speculate as to why the suspect would break in a pharmacy in broad daylight. But quick action by officers led to the capture of the pharmacy burglar, Brandon Kilby, as seen in the video.
Brandon Skyler Kilby (RPD)
Officers arrested Brandon Skyler Kilby, 39, who happened to be on probation at the time.
Kilby is charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, first-degree theft of property, third-degree theft of property, first-degree criminal mischief and escape.
Kilby managed to escape from the police car after he was apprehended. After a short foot-chase, he was back in custody.
