FLORENCE-Police are investigating the early Thursday morning robbery of Kangaroo Gas Station, 602 Cox Creek Parkway. Officers responded to a reported armed robbery just before 1 am.
The clerk was unharmed and reported that a male wearing a jumpsuit entered the store and demanded money.
According to Investigator Brad Holmes, the suspect is believed to have fled on foot North of the business.
