Madison Mayor’s wife reportedly doing 103 mph before DUI arrest

MADISON-State Troopers arrested the wife of newly elected Madison Mayor Paul Finley for DUI and reckless driving.

According to ALEA spokesperson Curtis Summerville, on Wednesday, an Alabama State Trooper stopped a 2013 Honda Accord for speeding (103 mph in a 65 mph zone) on Interstate 565 near the 19 mile marker.

Upon further investigation, the driver, Julie Finley, of Madison, was subsequently arrested for DUI and transported to the Madison County jail. Finley

Ms. Finley, who is a Huntsville educator, was also issued a citation for reckless driving.
