FLORENCE-Authorities are at the scene of a shooting that occurred this morning on East Limestone Street.
The incident reportedly occurred near the Plum Street intersection of East Limestone and Plum.
According to police, they received a call around 3:30am of shots fired. When police arrived at the 1100 block of East Limestone, one individual was shot multiple times. He later died at ECM.
According to Lt. Robert Richey this has now become a death investigation. Investigators are working the crime scene.
