CRIMESTOPPERS – Authorities in Franklin County are looking for two theft suspects.
Normally we profile someone who likely stole a credit or debit card and went on a shopping spree. But this one is different.
Russellville Police said this man went to Walmart on October 26th and shopped a different way. After filling up his cart with a number of items, he walked right out of the store, not once but twice.
He may have slipped past security, but not the watchful eye of security cameras.
