Info for Trump Rally in Madison

Twenty Thousand tickets have been reserved and the stadium only holds 5,000, so expect problems.

Madison Police Department wishes to provide the following information regarding the Donald Trump Presidential Campaign event at Madison City Stadium on Sunday.

Location
Madison City Stadium located at 211 Celtic Drive, Madison, AL 35758

Times:
Gates open at 2:00 PM

Event starts at 4:00 PM

Media:
Large News vehicles must be in place by 9:00 AM
Live Media Feed Trucks only will stage in east side of the gravel lot located on the north east side of field, in the section designated for media.

Celtic Drive will become a one-way street (north bound from Madison Blvd.) at 12 Noon. The south bound lane, from the City Stadium to Madison Blvd, will be blocked off for pedestrian traffic only.
Celtic Drive will be closed to all through traffic at 3:30 PM.
Parking will be available at the City Stadium in designated parking areas only.

Other media vehicles will stage outside of the fence on the southeast side of the south end zone.

Overflow parking will be in the following locations:
1. Intergraph Parking Lot located at 305 Intergraph Way
2. Bob Jones High School located at 650 Hughes Road

Please be patient and expect delays in traffic patterns and bus routes. Buses are provided for and operated by the Trump Campaign, not the Madison Police Department. All inquiries regarding specific bus information should be made with the local campaign staff.
Trump Buses will transport spectators to the stadium from these areas.

Please be mindful of pedestrian traffic prior to and after the event. Cooperate with all public safety personnel directing traffic for the most efficient and safest ingress and egress possible.
