ATMORE-Death row inmate Tommy Arthur will live two more hours after the state agreed to a US Supreme Court request to delay the execution.
Details are unclear but after the highest court in the land requested a delay, state officials agreed to a two-hour long delay for Arthur, who was convicted three times by different juries in the death of Muscle Shoals resident Troy Wicker.
