Taylor Carpenter
FLORENCE- Ms. Carpenter was arrested on warrants over the weekend. She is accused of giving birth to a child who tested positive for narcotics.
DHR is involved and the child has been placed with other family members pending the outcome of this investigation.
Carpenter is being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center on bond totaling $5,000
