FLORENCE– Police are investigating the armed robbery of Paradise Foods on Chisholm Road near the intersection of Rickwood Road. Shortly after 10 pm Tuesday night, officers responded to a robbery call at the business. Surveillance video shows a subject, believed to be white, enter the store armed with a gun and steal money from the cash register and cigarettes from the counter. Police say the subject fled the store and no injuries were reported. The suspect was last seen running southeast toward Rickwood Road.
