FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio-A teenage mom has been arrested and charged with felony kidnapping after she apparently sent out a video of her son taped to a wall by his head and arms.
18 year-old Shayla Rudolph told her crying 2-year-old,“You got the best mommy in the whole wide world,”
Rudolph’s son was taken by child services after the incident went viral on Facebook.
She has been charged with felony kidnapping.
